Confirmed debut promise fitted with a tongue tie when winning 1¼m maiden at the Curragh in May, edging ahead late on. That has worked out well and he ran at least as well in defeat under a penalty at Doncaster 7 weeks later. Longer trip will suit on handicap bow and remains with potential.

New Bay colt who confirmed promise of 2-y-o debut when winning 1½m maiden at Dundalk in April and showed even better form in defeat on first 2 handicap starts. Failed to make an impact in the Melrose at York last month but has to be respected back in much calmer waters.

Improved again to win 13-runner maiden at Roscommon in May and ran at least as well in defeat switched to a handicap when fourth of 9 at Down Royal (13f, soft) in June. Off since but has already proven he’s capable of going well fresh.

Proved a totally different proposition upped in trip when routing his opposition in a 1¾m handicap at Galway in July. Found life appreciably tougher from a 15 lb higher mark in the Melrose at York subsequently but back down in grade now.

Australia filly who ran to a similar level as last time when third of 17 in maiden (8/1) at Galway (1½m, soft) 14 days ago, slowly away. Opening mark looks on the stiff side but the combination of first-time cheekpieces and a 2f longer trip could trigger improvement.

Improved again when opening his account in 18-runner handicap at Navan (1¾m, good, 8/1) 26 days ago, kept up to work. Unexposed at the trip and seems sure to go well again.

Improved further in first-time cheekpieces when off the mark in 16-runner handicap at Limerick (1½m) in June. Could only back up that effort when third of 4 in minor event at Leopardstown but had excuses on his most recent outing at Roscommon.
