Leitrim County Council is seeking further information on plans to convert 24 hotel apartments at a south Leitrim hotel into residential units.
Plans were lodged by P & A Lakeside Investments Ltd on the Lough Allen Hotel and Spa in Drumshanbo in August.
The proposal would see the apartments upgraded to meet current residential standards, with new balconies and private patio areas.
Planners have requested changes to improve residents’ privacy, along with more detail on communal open space and landscaping.
Further information is also required on accessible parking, electric vehicle charging points and bicycle storage.
The applicant has until April 2027, to respond, or the application could be deemed withdrawn.
