REVOLUT HAS CONFIRMED a service disruption this morning, with customers reporting problems accessing the app and making card payments.
The digital bank said multiple features were affected, and its engineers were working to restore services.
Revolut’s online system status listed 31 services as partially unavailable, including card payments, transfers, ATM withdrawals, premium services and signing in to accounts.
In a statement this morning, the bank confirmed that “all our customers’ money and data are safe”.
“We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting multiple services,” the bank said.
“We’ve been working to fix the issue since it was identified this morning and apologise to anyone affected and for any inconvenience caused.”

The statement did not specify the cause of the disruption, how many customers were affected or when full service would resume.
The disruption is understood to stem from an outage at a third-party provider, with services beyond Revolut also affected.
Google Cloud has reported problems affecting multiple services in its ‘Europe West’ region, including intermittent network failures, and the company’s engineers are investigating.
