Gerryredmond, Claremorris, Co. Mayo and formerly of Cartownacross, Claremorris – peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the care of the staff of MUH, in his 86th year.
Predeceased by his brothers, Pat, Jim, Martin and John and his sisters Anne, Patricia and Teresa, brothers-in-law Michael and recently deceased Tom Moore of Greystones who passed away on the 24th of October 2026.
Mike will be sadly missed by his loving wife Kathleen. Deeply regretted by his heartbroken daughter’s Mary and Noreen, son’s Michael, Paul and Brendan, brother Larry, sisters Mary (Davin) and Delia (Joyce), grandchildren James, Ciara, Emily ad Ben and daughters-in-law Maura, Sandra and Elaine and son-in-law Tommy, extended family, neighbours and many friends.
Mike will repose in Gilligan’s Funeral Home, Market Square, Claremorris (F12YP74) on Sunday evening, 1st November from 5pm until 7pm.
Mike’s funeral cortege will arrive to St. Colman’s Church, Claremorris for funeral mass at 1pm on Monday, 2nd November. Burial afterwards in St. Colman’s cemetery, Claremorris.
