Monaghan County Council granted the application subject to three conditions.
Planning permission has been granted for an upgrade at a local Bank of Ireland branch.
Bank of Ireland had applied to Monaghan County Council for the development of a new ATM to the front facade of its premises at The Diamond in Monaghan Town.
The application also included the proposed erection of new signage to the north and north-west elevations, along with internal alterations to the existing bank premises.
