The government is targeting the large pool of 31,000 prospective borrowers who have been pre-approved to be included in “My Home II” to absorb the 2 billion euros it has committed to the program.
These are potential buyers, the majority of whom, although they meet the eligibility and credit rating criteria, have not yet found the right home.
Therefore, out of the total of 31,000 candidates, the number of applicants to the program, that is, the cases that have found the right home and have been pre-approved by the bank that they can get a loan, is 9,540 to date and the amount that has been committed corresponds to €1.15 billion.
