Herut Nimrodi, mother of hostage Tamir Nimrodi, said in an interview with the ynet studio that “there is no new information about Tamir.” According to her, “The understanding is that he was taken on foot, barefoot in pajamas without glasses, directly to Jabaliya, where he was separated from Ron Sherman and Nick Beiser. They went down into the tunnels and met their deaths, and Tamir was likely held in a house, we don’t know the details. Since then, there have been no signs of life.” She added that “the anxiety grows as time passes. Returned hostages weren’t with him because he was held alone, but there are no additional indications and after almost two years, the anxiety is at its peak.”
