Vicki Byers says that if someone had told her years ago that she would be a full-time farmer, she would have laughed and said, “Wrong person.”
Born and raised in a housing estate in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, Vicki – known as ‘Vicki B’ on social media – now milks 180 pedigree Holstein cows alongside her husband Dale in Ballinamallard.
