Bestselling author David Baldacci will return to Lancaster next month to talk about his soon-to-be-published novel, “Nash Falls.”

Baldacci, who writes crime novels and legal thrillers, set a fundraising record for the Council of Friends of Lancaster County Libraries with his 2021 appearance at Calvary Church.

Hosted by the Midtown Scholar Bookstore in Harrisburg, the event will feature Baldacci in conversation with fellow bestselling novelist Lisa Scottoline on Wednesday, Nov. 19.

The event will be at 7 p.m. at the High Fine Arts Center at the Lancaster Mennonite School, 2176 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster.

Baldacci, a writer and lawyer, is the author of more than 50 novels, including “Absolute Power,” “The Camel Club,” “Memory Man” and “The Innocent.”

At the Nov. 19 event, he will be talking about his newest book, “Nash Falls,” to be released Nov. 11.

The book is about investment banker Walter Nash who is recruited by the FBI to bring down a global crime network and whose life is turned upside down as a result.

Nearly 1,000 people came to hear Baldacci speak in Lancaster in 2021, raising $27,000 for county libraries. Baldacci and his wife, Michelle, created the Wish You Well foundation to fund adult literacy programs.

Scottoline, who also holds a law degree, has written bestselling legal thrillers including “Look Again,” “Save Me,” “Eternal” and “Don’t Go.”

Tickets for the event are for general-admission seats. Every ticket includes a signed, first edition copy of “Nash Falls.” There will be book signing and photo opportunities after the conversation.

Tickets are $38.72 for one general-admission ticket and one signed book, and $54.60 for two tickets and one signed book. You can also add $35.31 and get a signed copy of Scottoline’s most recent novel, “The Unraveling of Julia.” All ticket prices include online fees.
