Noel Hunt has been sacked as Reading manager
Former Ireland international Noel Hunt has paid a heavy price for mixed results from his Reading side as the League One club today sacked him as manager.
Hunt had been promoted from within, from an academy role, when he was appointed as manager in place of the sacked Ruben Selles last December, initially on a caretaker basis, before he was appointed on a long-term contract.
