A US court has decided to delay the distribution of money recovered from the estate of bankrupt property developer Sean Dunne after objections were raised by the businessman.
A federal judge in Connecticut had been set to rule yesterday on a trustee’s report advising the distribution of around €23.4m recovered during the 12 years since Carlow-born Mr Dunne (71) filed for bankruptcy there.
