A monument on the grounds of Gorey District Hospital has been disassembled following health and safety concerns.
The Gorey 400 collaborative monument of wood and stone was officially unveiled back in 2020. The brainchild of stone artist Ronan Redmond and craft wood carver Stephen Sheridan, the design incorporated the hills of Gorey.
