High Court overturns three findings of misconduct against controversial solicitor Declan O’Callaghan

The High Court has overturned three out of four findings of professional misconduct made last year against controversial solicitor Declan O’Callaghan.

However, it upheld the remaining finding of misconduct made by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal on foot of complaints about Mr O’Callaghan’s handling of a land deal.
