Curragh, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, F23 FP27 and formerly of Provlervale, Turlough, Castlebar, – peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff in Cuan Chatríona Nursing Home, Castlebar on 16th November 2025.
Predeceased by her son Michael, husband Jimmy, brothers and sisters.
Deeply regretted by her loving family, daughters Breda (Rogan, Dublin) and Aine (Orifice, England), sons James (Galway) and Patrick (Castlebar), sons-in-law John and Demi, sisters-in-law Maise (Connor, Keelogues) and Noreen (Prendergast, Claremorris), grandchildren Sinead, Ciarán, Eóin, Niall, Alex, Louis and Aidan, great- grandchildren Ava and Otis, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Julia will repose at Coady’s Funeral Home, Castlebar, F23 XY63, on Tuesday (18th November) from 6.00pm with removal at 7.30pm to her residence.
Removal from her residence on Wednesday morning at 10.30am for Requiem Mass at 11.30am in the Church of the Holy Rosary, Castlebar.
Julia will be laid to rest afterwards in Castlebar New Cemetery.
