A 32-year-old man has admitted his role in the disposal of the remains of Keane Mulready-Woods, the teenager who was murdered and his body dismembered in a house in Drogheda in January 2020.
The 17-year-old was last seen alive by his family on the evening of Sunday 12 January 2020.
His remains were subsequently recovered in Dublin and Louth.
Glen Bride, of Mount Olive Park, Kilbarrack, Dublin 5, pleaded guilty at the Special Criminal Court to participating or contributing to the transportation and disposal of the teenager’s body parts.
He admitted that the intention of the offence, which took place on 15 January 2020, was to impede the apprehension of the murderer and that he knew and believed another person to be guilty of the murder.
Glen Bride was remanded in custody for sentencing on 26 January next year.
