Dharam Ji’s charm, humility, and strength of spirit were as real off-screen as on it. Indian cinema has lost one of its kindest icons. My heartfelt condolences to his family and admirers.”

According to PTI, the funeral of Dharmendra was held at the Pawan Hans crematorium in Vile Parle, Mumbai. Reportedly, an ambulance and several cars left Dharmendra’s Juhu residence, and Hema Malini, Esha Deol, Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, and Abhishek Bachchan were seen at the crematorium.
