Samsung’s cheapest Black Friday Galaxy S25 Ultra price remains the sub-$850 offer the Korean company launched last week. It didn’t last long, because Samsung has now raised its Galaxy S25 Ultra price days before Black Friday, but it has added some new promotions to offset that increase.
While you will pay more to pick up the Galaxy S25 Ultra from Samsung.com in today’s updated Black Friday offer, you will also get more storage for your money, alongside improved trade-in prices. If you’re squarely interested in the cheapest price rather than more storage, subscribe to my newsletter for instant deal updates so you don’t miss out.

Update November 25th: New Galaxy Z Fold 7 Black Friday Deal Drops
Update November 25th 12:40pm ET: The Galaxy Z Fold 7 is also on the receiving end of a similar deal to the Galaxy S25 Ultra Black Friday offer detailed below. Samsung has brought back its cheapest Galaxy Z Fold 7 price at $1,399.99, which it first debuted a couple of weeks ago.
The difference this time is that the foldable phone now comes with an extra 256GB of storage for that price. So, the least amount of storage you can buy, for the Galaxy Z Fold 7’s lowest ever price, is 512GB.
Samsung.com has also knocked $600 off the Fold 7 if no phone is traded in. With the storage upgrade, the offer represents a $720 discount for the Galaxy Z Fold 7. This is comfortably the best deal the foldable phone has seen since it launched, and if you were planning to buy it, now is the time.
I would recommend taking the $600 discount instead of trading your used phone in, and selling it on eBay or Swappa instead. But if you do take the trade-in route, Samsung has brought back some of its best trade-in prices after they took a nosedive earlier this month. For example, the Korean company will pay a very respectable $600 for the Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy Z Fold 4. However, it’s still slim pickings for owners of older phones, such as the Galaxy S22 Ultra, which is only valued at $200.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Price Rises for Black Friday Deals
The $849 Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 256GB deal is gone. It may come back again before Christmas, but for now, Samsung has altered its deals and raised the flagship’s price to $914 for the 512GB storage option.

The new Galaxy S25 Ultra price is part of a double storage deal, worth $240, alongside a further $385 off if no phone is traded in. That brings the price down to $914.99 from $1,419.99.
If you’re happy to stretch, the 1TB storage option is only $120 more (down to $1,034.99 from $1,659.99). While the low base price has disappeared, this is the cheapest I have seen the Galaxy S25 Ultra 1TB model, which also makes it cheaper than the regular price of the 256GB model.
Enhanced Galaxy S25 Ultra Trade-in Prices For Black Friday
Here’s the good news: Samsung’s trade-in prices have also risen significantly. For the last couple of weeks, they were oddly low, rivaling Amazon’s poor used-phone valuations.
Perhaps that was part of a Black Friday strategy to make the deal look better. Either way, prices (for select phones) are back up to some of their best. For example, Samsung would only pay $170 for the Galaxy S22 Ultra last week. That has now gone up to $480, just $20 less than what Samsung paid for it in June.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra is now valued at $530, which is $50 less than June’s price. Other decent trade-in prices include $450 for the Galaxy S23 Plus and $480 for the Galaxy Z Fold 4.
Free Software Bundles With The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
Samsung is squarely focused on price drops for this Black Friday. The company has slashed prices for its Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy S25 Edge, and Galaxy S25 Ultra to the lowest I have seen for each model since they launched. This comes at the expense of free hardware, which in the past has meant free laptops, Galaxy Watches, Galaxy Buds, and free tablets.
As it stands, Samsung has bundled the below software freebies with the Galaxy S25 Ultra:
Two months of Adobe LightroomSix months of Google AI Pro30-day free trial for Samsung Health powered by iFit30-day free trial to ArcSiteSix months of SiriusXM30 days free of LumaFusion
The headline Galaxy S25 Ultra freebie here is the six months of Google AI Pro, with the Adobe Lightroom and SiriusXM offers not far behind. But the lack of free hardware, or even longer software freebies such as a year of Disney Plus (a 2023 Samsung freebie), makes the offering fairly tame.
