Generation Z are choosing careers with purpose, hoping to change the world with their work as they watch global crises unfold and face a future they fear could be dominated by artificial intelligence (AI).

Gen Zers – people born between 1997 and 2012 – are often criticised by older generations for what is perceived as a lack of work ethic, but young Irish people yearn to work for social good, rather than just for personal gain or status.
