Borussia Monchengladbach v RB Leipzig
WHEN: Friday 28th of November, 19:30
WHERE: Borussia-Park, Monchengladbach.
TV: BBC iPlayer, Bundesliga YouTube
Both teams to score: Yes
Monchengladbach and RB Leipzig are both solely focused on domestic action this season and they are in superb form in recent weeks.
The hosts have picked up after a tough start to the campaign – which saw manager Gerardo Seoane replaced by Eugen Polanski – and they’ve won four in a row across the Bundesliga and DfB Pokal Cup.
RB Leipzig have won eight of their last 11 games, with just one loss at Hoffenheim, and they could cause real problems for the home side on Friday night.
With two eye-catching form streaks, goals at both ends could be the way to go here, as Monchengladbach have kept just two league clean sheets from six home Bundesliga outings, and Leipzig have scored in 12 of 13 played in 2025/26.
Haris Tabakovic to score
The goals of Haris Tabakovic have played a huge role in resurrecting Monchengladbach’s season with five goals scored in those four straight wins.
That hot streak also carried over into the November international break, where he scored in Bosnia & Herzegovina’s wins over Malta and Romania, as his national side snatched a 2026 FIFA World Cup playoff spot
With seven Bundesliga goals overall this season, only Harry Kane and Jonathan Burkardt have outscored him so far in the German top tier, and there’s every chance Monchengladbach will look to make his loan move a permanent deal in 2026.
Como v Sassuolo
WHEN: Friday 28th of November, 19:45
WHERE: Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia, Como.
TV: DAZN
Both teams to score: Yes
There are no signs of second season syndrome for Fabregas at Como with his team currently sixth in Serie A.
After leading the club to a first-ever top-flight promotion as interim boss at the end of 2023/24, the former Spain international landed in 10th place last season, in a impressive showing as part of his first full campaign in charge.
His team have lost just one of 12 played in Serie A so far in the current campaign, and they are unbeaten at home, with three wins and three draws at this stage.
They could ease to a win here, but I would also give Sassuolo a chance, after three wins and a draw in their last four away matches.
Goals at both ends could once more be the call as Fabregas has only secured a clean sheet in 50% of his home league matches in 2025/26.
Nico Paz to score
Como managed to hold onto Argentina international Nico Paz over the summer amid links to Tottenham and a potential Real Madrid return.
Los Blancos still have a buy-back option on him in 2026 and 2027 so Xabi Alonso will be keeping an eye on him under the tutelage of his old midfield partner Fabregas.
He scored six Serie A goals last season, but looks set to cruise past that mark in the weeks ahead, with five already registered as the joint-top scorer in Italy’s top tier.
The 21-year-old also loves playing in front of the home crowd in Como, with a goal netted in four of his five league games at the Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia this season.
WHEN: Friday 28th of November, 20:00
WHERE: Estadio Coliseum, Madrid.
TV: La Liga TV
Under 2.5 goals
We wrap up on Friday night in the south of Madrid as Getafe host Elche.
Jose Bordalas’ hosts have been their usual gritty selves at home with just two losses from six in La Liga both coming via visits from rivals Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.
Both of those games ended in 1-0 losses, and Getafe have only conceded three in four matches either side of that, and they will be confident of keeping the score down here.
All six of Getafe’s home matches in 2025 have ended with under 2.5 goals scored in total and Elche only average one goal per game based on six away La Liga clashes in 2025/26.
