The inclusion of Aoife Water in the Ireland team for Sunday’s World Cup quarter-final is “huge” according to Ireland captain Sam Monaghan.

Wafer’s return has been welcomed by Monaghan and head coach Scott Bemand in what will be the star backrower’s first appearance in this tournament after she missed the three pool games with a knee injury.
