The company says that fires at utility poles and fiber cables have caused interruptions in its service. According to the company, it also affected the field support work that works to repair and maintain services.

Dish Home says that it’s getting inundated with calls at its call centers and is finding it difficult to address every call. But the company maintains that its technicians are continuously working on bringing disrupted services back into full operation. As Gen Z demonstrations have completed, the restoration works should go smoothly now.
