Former Fine Gael Councillor and Mayor of Kerry Jim Finucane is to be appointed Honorary Counsel of Ukraine to Ireland for his work with Ukrainian refugees.
The position recognises Mr Finucane’s efforts in helping Ukrainians to integrate in Kerry society since 2022.
