Ingredients: 1 cup nutella, banana slices as required, 1/4 cup butter, ¼ cup castor sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla essence, ¾ cup refined flour (maida), ½ tsp baking powder, ¾ cup milk, strawberry slices as required, dark chocolate chips for garnish, white chocolate chips for garnish, and fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Method: Take butter in a large bowl, add castor sugar and cream till the mixture is light. Break in the eggs and add vanilla essence and whisk well. Add refined flour and baking powder and gently fold. Add milk little by little and whisk till a smooth batter is formed. Heat a non-stick tawa and grease with a little butter. Pour a portion of the batter and cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook for 1-2 minutes. Take the pancake out and place on a plate. Similarly make more pancakes. To serve, place a pancake on a serving plate and spread 1½ tbsps nutella and arrange banana slices and strawberry slices. Place another pancake on top and spread 1½ tbsps nutella and arrange banana slices and strawberry slices. Garnish with dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and mint sprig. Serve immediately.
