When it comes to the current situation at Liverpool, it seems most supporters have sided with either Mohamed Salah or Arne Slot.
Some feel that the Egyptian star has been harshly treated by his manager, receiving an unfair amount of blame for the team’s recent struggles. On the other hands, many feel that Salah was way out of line with his comments and had simply been treated the same as any other player in his situation.
While it remains to be seen what the outcome of the pair’s falling out will be, the two camps remain split at the moment.

Carragher & Richards Have Heated Clash Over Arne Slot’s Treatment Of Mo Salah

Jamie Carragher has already made his feelings on the Mohamed Salah saga known, heavily criticising the Liverpool player for his actions over the weekend on Sky Sports last night.
The former England defender appeared on CBS Sports this evening, where he became involved in a heated debate with fellow pundit Micah Richards on the matter.
When Richards attempted to justify Salah’s feelings at the moment, Carragher rubbished his suggestions that Arne Slot had been unfairly harsh to the player.

Richards: I can understands his frustration and what’s he’s done, not coming on in games.
Carragher: What game should have come on in?
Richards: I would have put him on against Leeds… I’m not criticising Arne Slot.
Carragher: You are criticising him, he’s the one who decides… You’re not going to bring on Salah when you’re in front, because he’s not great on set-pieces and he’s not going to run back for you.
Richards: There’s more to the game than set-pieces. Mo Salah has now become a player who doesn’t get on the pitch, it’s ridiculous…
Carrahgher: When we’re looking at the manager, there’s people out there saying ‘he should bring him on’ without looking at the context.
Richards: Hold on, you wrote in your column two weeks before that [Slot’s] got the week to save his job.
It seems unlikely that the pair will agree on the matter.
Mohamed Salah’s future at Liverpool remains up in the air at the moment, with the player get to depart for the African Cup of Nations next week. With that in mind, it could be over a month before a full resolution is reached between the player and the club.
