50 Cent has been especially active on social media after the release of his documentary about Sean “P. Diddy” Combs.

The Candy Shop rapper recently produced a documentary series about Diddy titled ‘Sean Combs: The Reckoning’ that aired on Netflix on December 2. While the two hip hop stars have been feuding for years, 50 Cent has said that his dislike for Diddy didn’t have much to do with the reason he created the documentary.

50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, shared a post on Instagram on December 9 promoting an interview he did with Esquire magazine. He captioned the post, “Esquire check me out [fire emoji] @50centaction I’m working, she twerking we all getting money.”

The social media post included pull quotes from the interview, and while some were a bit more cheeky like “My grandmother used to say, ‘Wear white underwears. They’ll tell you when to change them.”

But one quote spoke on the documentary series and Diddy. “I dislike Puffy. I don’t hate him,” 50 Cent said.

“If I didn’t say anything when he got in trouble, you might assume that hip-hop culture is fine with everything that he did,” he continued. “I’m the only person saying something about it the entire time.”

Even though 50 Cent said he didn’t hate Diddy, he’s been crowned the king of pettiness online for his constant online trolling of the disgraced music mogul and for producing this documentary. Before the documentary series’ release, 50 Cent sat down for an interview on ABC’s Good Morning America.

It was quickly speculated online that 50 Cent chose to do the interview on ABC, as it’s one of the few channels Diddy can get in prison. Diddy is currently serving his sentence at FCI Fort Dix prison in New Jersey after he was convicted earlier this year of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

50 Cent reposted a tweet on his Instagram page that read, “Finding out 50 Cent agreed to do an interview with ABC news station only because it’s one of the few stations they’re allowed to watch in prison. He’s a menace [two crying emojis].”

The rapper captioned the post, “I thought about it, what’s wrong with that?”

Fans quickly took to the comments section of his post to share their thoughts. “50 Cent makes me realize that I’m not hating people, to my full potential,” one person quipped.
