Planning permission is being sought for a new hotel in Rathmullan.
Developers want to build a state-of-the-art, four storey hotel in the heart of the seaside village at Kerr’s Bay Road.
The hotel will have 37 bedrooms, a restaurant, bar, dining area with provision for a car park to the rear of the hotel.
The company behind the planning application are Clipfine Limited, one of the UK’s best-known construction support services companies.
Founded in 1975, the company have been involved in the development of a number of well-known projects including Harrods, Wembley Stadium and The Gherkin building.
The application is being made to Donegal County Council by Thomas McCarron of Clipfine Limited.
