Annual Laois show cancelled due to bad weather

The Clonaslee Show has taken the difficult decision to cancel their show in response to the weather conditions.

The hugely popular family friendly annual Clonaslee Show is a highlight in the calendar for livestock, machinery and farming enthusiasts in Laois and beyond.

Organisers took to social media this evening to announce the cancellation.

“It genuinely pains us, but after a very hard decision the Clonaslee Show has been cancelled due to Health and Safety concerns, a bad weather forecast and lack of parking due to field conditions,” Show Organisers stated.
