A Galway man with no income had “no explanation” how he came to own Gucci luggage, Christian Louboutin shoes, 18-carat gold jewellery and a Rolex watch, a court has heard.
Dean Finnegan (29), of Burren View, Gort, Co Galway, has been jailed for four years for money-laundering offences contrary to section seven of the Criminal Justice Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act of 2010.
