Presenter says broadcaster was ‘almost crumbling around me’

One of RTÉ’s longest serving radio presenters, Ronan Collins, has revealed the reason behind his departure from the broadcaster, saying it was down to “red tape”.
Speaking to the Sunday Independent, Collins said this would be his “final word” on the matter and that he has no animosity towards RTÉ.
