This holiday season has been a little different for Vanessa Hudgens this year. The High School Musical actress and her husband Cole Tucker recently welcomed their second child—and naturally, they’ve been pretty busy with their newborn since then.
Hudgens took to Instagram on December 28 to share a rare throwback. “Well I haven’t gone to any holiday parties or even leave the home this holiday season,” she wrote. “Newborn life lol so here’s a photo of me in simpler times where I danced on tables. What a year it’s been. From this to mom of 2…. What a journey ❤️”

Hudgens announced the news of the new arrival on November 29 with a hospital photo. “Well…. I did it. Had another baby!!! What a wild ride labor is. Big shout out to all the moms. It’s truly incredible what our bodies can do ❤️,” she wrote in the caption.

Hudgens and Tucker, who welcomed their first child in July 2024, announced they were expecting their second child in July 2025 with an Instagram post that saw Hudgens rocking a white frilly boho two-piece. She later showed off her growing baby bump in a romantic sundress during a holiday in Italy, as well as a frilly boho bikini on the beach and a sheer chainmail top.
