Nicolas Aujula, a self-styled psychic who claims to have predicted the Covid-19 pandemic, has unveiled his predictions for 2026. These include a record-breaking hot summer, and Wales triumphing in the Six Nations, leaving Ireland in their wake.
The 39-year-old hypnotherapist, based in west London, asserts that he discovered his psychic abilities at 17 when he began having visions of his “past lives”. These included being an Egyptian queen, a nun in the Himalayas, and a seamstress in China.
Since then, he purports to have accurately predicted events such as the Covid-19 outbreak, the Black Lives Matter movement, Donald Trump’s US election victory, the rise of artificial intelligence, and the split between Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom.
Looking forward to 2026, he anticipates increased earthquake and volcanic activity across Turkey, Greece, the Pacific and Asia. He also warns of a “dangerous storm event” and stricter global travel restrictions.
In the realm of entertainment, he predicts Hollywood will be “hit with lots of defamation cases”, the emergence of AI-generated films, and a significant comeback for Angelina Jolie, reports the Irish Mirror.
He also foresees President Donald Trump’s “downfall” and a public scandal involving the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Speaking to PA Real Life, Nicolas said: “As a teenager I entered a deep trance state and began to see vivid flashes – images of myself as an Egyptian queen, a nun in the Himalayas, a seamstress in China, a witch doctor in Africa, even a lion.
“In that moment, I had an overwhelming sense that I had lived many lives before and gathered countless experiences.
“That experience led to a deep realisation – that death is not the end, that there is nothing to fear, and that our souls are eternal, returning in different forms to continue learning and experiencing life. It was surreal, peaceful, and utterly life-changing.”
Nicolas revealed that he discovered his psychic abilities at 17, following visions of his “past lives”.
He recounted how “within days” of this revelation, he abandoned his A-level studies at college and embarked on a career in hypnotherapy and “past-life regression”, with the goal of assisting others in exploring and understanding their own past-life experiences.
Since then, he alleges to have received predictions about future events through dreams, symbols and his “inner voice”.
“My visions aren’t something I can control,” Nicolas clarified. “Often, they’re symbolic rather than literal, which means they require interpretation to uncover their deeper meaning.
“Sometimes the message isn’t immediately clear, and there’s always the possibility of misinterpretation.”
Nicolas claimed he has previously predicted major global events, including Covid-19 and the Black Lives Matter movement.
Reflecting on 2024, he says he foresaw Donald Trump’s victory in the US election and the advancement of artificial intelligence, both of which have come to pass. When his predictions match actual events, he said he finds it “very validating”.
He also said that in 2025, Katy Perry would encounter relationship “problems”, noting that reports have since emerged of her separation from long-term partner Orlando Bloom.
He added: “I predicted major wins for women in sports and increased recognition – the women’s Euros was a major football championship that took place and drew huge crowds and media attention, reinforcing visibility and investment in women’s sport.
“I predicted UK political upheaval and I think in 2025 the UK saw significant Westminster political drama, leadership speculation, criticism of government performance, and polling stagnation.”
Nevertheless, he also forecasted that Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer would resign by the end of 2025 and “be replaced by a woman”.
Discussing how he responds when his predictions don’t materialise, he said: “Because time is a human-made concept, I believe some things I perceive may unfold far into the future.
“We also have free will, so while we may glimpse potential outcomes, our choices and actions can always change the result.”
Turning his attention to 2026, Nicolas anticipates heightened earthquake and volcanic activity, especially in Turkey, Greece, the Pacific and Asia. He stated this premonition occurred when he sensed “the earth was moving beneath him” and witnessed a world map with red hot spots flashing intensely across various regions.
He predicts the UK will face its hottest summer on record in 2026, resulting in severe heatwaves and water rationing across the nation.
He explained: “I felt lethargic like I was in an oven and could see a hazy orange sun.”
Nevertheless, he also recounted a vision of “electric sparks flying and it going dark”, causing him to suspect there might be a “dangerous storm event” that could affect “power grids”.
Regarding international travel, he expects heightened travel bans and limitations, with nations adopting tougher border controls. He added: “I could see people trying to move forward in the queue but were pushed back, it was sad to see”.
For the entertainment sector, Nicolas predicts Hollywood will be “hit with lots of defamation cases”, following a vision of “the word defamation” materialising near the Hollywood sign.
Beyond this, he suggests AI-generated films and television programmes will start being created. He recounted a vision of Angelina Jolie “emerging onto stage with a glowing light”, prompting him to think she will stage a significant comeback, either via a film role or by addressing an “important global issue”.
Nicolas also anticipates Beyonce will “experience new beginnings” and seek “more solitude”, noting that in his vision he observed her wanting to hide and withdraw from people “and lights”. In the realm of sport, he predicts that Wales will triumph over Ireland in the 2026 Six Nations Rugby final.
This forecast comes after he claims to have witnessed a significant match between a red and green team, with the red team emerging victorious.
He also warns of a “mysterious illness” that induces symptoms akin to an aneurysm, coupled with “youth-led” protests and revelations concerning “aliens and UFO contact”.
On the political front, he foresees the emergence of “brutal government regimes” globally. In the UK, he envisages Reform UK gaining momentum and support, following a vision of Nigel Farage amidst cheering crowds.
Additionally, he mentioned a vision of President Donald Trump stumbling while alighting from a plane, which he interprets as either literal or symbolic of his “downfall”.
Nicolas anticipates a leak from a former staff member involving Harry and Meghan, potentially igniting a public scandal. He elaborated: “I saw an image of an angry Meghan who felt betrayed, I could sense it was someone close to her.”
Addressing doubters, he stated: “I believe we’re all psychic and I don’t see it as something rare or special. “Instances like thinking of someone just before they ring, or meeting someone and instantly sensing discomfort, are everyday examples of intuitive awareness.
“When the mind is calm and peaceful, it’s much easier to tune into this sensitivity. Scepticism is healthy – I encourage openness and self-reflection and your own inner voice can be a powerful guide.
“I don’t impose my beliefs on others, and I expect the same courtesy.”
