Midwest Radio is woven into the fabric of society in County Mayo.

It’s predecessor started off as a pirate radio station broadcasting in a cloakroom in Ballyhaunis and it has become a phenomenon heard in cars and kitchens across the west of Ireland and, indeed, throughout the entire world, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
