Gardaí in Killarney are investigating a number of criminal damage and burglary incidents in the area.
These incidents took place between last Thursday and Friday, and Gardaí are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
Gardaí in Killarney are investigating three cases of criminal damage that occurred last Friday.
At 10pm at Coll Corran, Park Road in Killarney a large number of eggs were thrown at a parked car causing extensive damage to the roof and bonnet.
Between 2.30am and 8.30am the rear door of a business premises on College Street was damaged. The handle was damaged in what Gardaí believe was an attempt to gain entry.
Shortly after this, between 3am and 7am the front glass was broken on the exit door of a fastfood premises which was also located on College Street in Killarney. Gardaí say it’s not believed anything was taken in this incident.
Meanwhile, between 6.30pm last Thursday and 1pm on Friday, a burglary occurred on Beech Avenue.
Gardaí say the injured party has left his home the Thursday evening and returned the following day to discover that a window, which had been boarded up, had been knocked in.
Entry was gained to the premises and a number of items were taken including a 42” flat-screen TV and a keyboard.
