“The year I finished college and started my career in corporate law, I was helping my husband convert his family’s old sheep farm halfway across the country to a modern dairy farm.
When I get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and find myself milking the cows in our farm, I feel transported back to my grandma’s kitchen back in Hungary – that’s the only way I can really switch off.
