A Dundalk mother-of-two who is living with advanced breast cancer is about to get a tattoo which will be very special to her as part of a fund-raising event in aid of Breast Cancer Ireland.
Geraldine O’Connor, who moved from Tullamore, Co Offaly to Dundalk with her family two and a half years ago, is organised a pink ribbon tattoo event at Marvel-Ink in Dundalk, on Saturday February 7.
