Two key properties on New Ross quay are currently on the market and could lead to the area being transformed depending on the plans potential buyers have for the area.
The quay front, despite the colourful murals, the award-winning Emigrant Park and riverwalk and the planned Norman Visitor Centre and motorhome park, has come in for some strong criticism about the lack of investment in the area and the unseemly appearance of such a key road in the town centre.
