Landlord and musician Gary Hansard, the elder brother of Oscar-winning songwriter Glen Hansard, accused a local authority of “wasting my time and money” after it twice refused him retention permission for an unauthorised extension he built.
Mr Hansard has been locked in a planning dispute after neighbours raised concerns about development at a property he owns in Oldbridge Park, Lucan, Co Dublin.
