Passed away peacefully in his 98th year in the wonderful care of Louth County Hospital on Saturday, 7th February 2026 surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his dear wife Catherine (Kitty) (née Clarke), daughter CaitlÃn and son PadraÃc (in infancy), and daughter-in-law Irene.
Beloved and cherished father of Nat, Máire, Hugh, Miceál, Pearse, Eoin and Cormac.
Nat will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sons, daughter, son-in-law Jerry McElligott, daughters-in-law Colette, Lucy, Felicia, Ann, Bernice and Cormac’s partner Kathleen, adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers Michael, Walter and Paul, sister Mary McCloskey, nephews, nieces, extended family relatives, neighbours and friends

Reposing at his home, Point Road on Monday from 2pm to 8pm.
Removal on Tuesday afternoon at 1.40pm driving to St. Joseph’s Redemptorist Church [A91WY98] arriving for Funeral Mass at 2 o’clock followed by burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery [A91F598].
