A Concern call centre manager who claimed multiple bullying and harassment complaints against him were down to a “Gen Z/woke alliance” at work has lost a legal challenge to his sacking.
Lee Caluan told a tribunal that junior staff at the international development charity had “turned the tables” on him as they “had taken a dislike to his management style”, and their complaints were “riddled with inconsistencies”.
