Separately, gardaà have taken control of several electric scooters and cars in the city.
Posting on social media, gardaà said they seized an electric scrambler which was being driven on a public road in Dublin by a 10-year-old.
The discovery of the miniature bike was made during proactive operations in the Dublin Metropolitan East region this week and comes as the government prepares to introduce a complete ban on scramblers in public places.
Meanwhile, in a separate operation, gardaà at Kevin Street took control of 10 electric scooters and six cars.
A total of 33 fixed charge notices were issued, with court dates to follow for a number of people.
