Dublin City Council has pulled out of an agreement to lease 37 apartments for social housing from a company connected to Wexford developer Martin Sinnott due to delays completing the properties.
The decision has impacted dozens of people on the social housing waiting list who had already been made provisional offers to move into the apartments at Raven House in Finglas.
