Earlier today, Ukrainian broadcaster Suspilne shared their newly revamped Eurovision 2026 entry, ‘Ridnym’ which LELÉKA will take to the Vienna stage later this May.

‘Ridnym’ music video released

Today, Suspilne released the revamped version of their Eurovision 2026 entry, ‘Ridnym’. Alongside this, the broadcaster also published the official music video.

The update changes little of the core structure and melody of the song. However, the track has been boosted with additional focus on the native bandura instrument.

“This Eurovision version of the song ‘Ridnym’ is special to me. I wanted to emphasise its roots and sound even more strongly, so there is more pure sound of bandura at the beginning. Bandura is a very symbolic instrument for Ukrainian culture. Its sound contains our history, our songs and memory. I call it the ‘Ukrainian harp’, but it has an even deeper meaning for us – it is the sound that instantly brings us home.”

LELÉKA won the right to represent Ukraine in Vidbir 2026 last month.
