Chawke’s Service Station at Boherduff on the Fethard Road, Clonmel, a couple of miles outside of the town, is on the market.

The guide price is €395,000.

Selling agents REA Stokes and Quirke and Thomas V Ryan Thurles says that the service station, while currently vacant, is ready for immediate occupation.

The property includes four fuel pumps under a canopy cover and a retail shop with ancillary accommodation including a kitchenette, cold room, toilet, side entrance and upper floor space.
