Catherine Hearns had her first migraine headache after the birth of her second child. As her symptoms worsened to include face droop and loss of power on her left side, she was eventually diagnosed with hemiplegic migraine. Now she has developed a non medical toolkit to help other sufferers

There are people in life who never give up, no matter what life throws at them and entrepreneur Catherine Hearns is one of those people.
Hearns — who grew up in Abbeyleix, Co Laois, and now lives in nearby Portlaoise — is one of life’s grafters, and had a part-time job from an early age.
