I’m a Celebrity… longtime hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have teased “most will fall” as the reality TV programme gears up to air a ‘tougher-than-ever’ season in South Africa.
A newly released clip (which you can watch at the top of the page) sees the dynamic duo warming up around a campfire, as Dec asks Ant to “tell the story again”.
Ant obliges, telling tales of heroes becoming one with nature in previous seasons and now heading to the South African jungle for the upcoming all-stars version. Meanwhile, the clip revisits some iconic I’m a Celeb moments from stars including the GC herself, Gemma Collins, and Scarlett Moffatt.
“Heroes were forged in the jungle. They became one with nature. Befriended dread. Now they return to a new land. Most will fall but, from the dust, one will rise,” he said as Dec added: “A legend!”
“This is I’m a Celebrity South Africa,” Ant concluded, before the duo quipped together: “Where legends are made!”

Collins and Moffatt are returning to the jungle, albeit in a new location, with Waterloo Road star Adam Thomas, Olympic gold medalist Mo Farah, former Pussycat Dolls member and presenter Ashley Roberts joining them.
Rounding out the cast of the South African season are former boxer David Haye, Coronation Street’s Beverley Callard and Craig Charles, comedian Seann Walsh, 80s popstar Sinitta, former footballer Jimmy Bullard and football manager Harry Redknapp joining them.
As it was announced last December, the new season is set to feature “tougher” trials as ITV teased “a whole new level” for the seasoned campmates.
“With relentless twists and turns, the campmates will never know what’s coming next. They will be faced with challenges at every turn, quickly learning that with big decisions come even bigger consequences…”

Meanwhile, the show also introduced a twist to spice things up for the audience watching at home. While the season will be pre-recorded, viewers will be given the chance to decide the winner in a live grand finale held in London.
I’m a Celebrity… South Africa season 2 premieres on April on ITV1 and ITVX, with I’m a Celebrity… Unpacked airing afterwards on ITV2 and ITVX, hosted by Sam Thompson and Kemi Rodgers.
