Ireland head coach Andy Farrell is expected to recall a number of key players for Saturday’s Six Nations clash with Scotland at the Aviva Stadium.
Dan Sheehan, Joe McCarthy and Tommy O’Brien are among those tipped to return as Ireland chase a Triple Crown victory.
A win would also keep Ireland’s title hopes alive, although they would still require England to defeat France for the championship to fall their way.
Ireland have recovered well since their opening-round defeat to France. Number eight Jack Conan says the team has made significant progress since that game.
