Tech CEO says customers are still there, but you need new methods to find them

Yamini Rangan grew up in a small home of a few hundred square feet in southern India. Having grafted through school, she went to the US with a few hundred dollars and paid her way through college, working on the side.

Thirty years later, she’s CEO of the $15bn-valued publicly-traded Boston- based multinational tech firm HubSpot, which employs over 1,000 people at its EMEA headquarters in Dublin.
