Loughill, Carrick, Ballinlough, Co. Roscommon- peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on 16th March 2026.
Pre-deceased by her loving husband Patrick (Pake) and her brother Johnny Flynn.
Kathleen will be sadly missed by her loving children Vincent, Elaine, Kevin, Mary & Karen, her only sister Eileen Farragher (née Flynn), her sisters-in-law Mary Conway, Nancy Flynn and Margaret Hunt, daughters-in-law Ruth and Wendy, sons-in-law James, Donal & Shane, grandchildren Alvan, Aran, Shona, Laura, Gary, Pearse, Patrick and Áine and her great-grandson Donnacha, her loving nieces, nephews and her wonderful neighbours and many friends.
