late of Drumslide Ballycroy – peacefully in her 90th year in the exceptional care of the staff in Sonas Tír Áire Nursing Home, Belmullet surrounded by her daughters.
Predeceased by her husband Tom, her sisters Sr. Rita and Bridgie Mary and her nephew Jimmy (U.S.A.).
Catherine will be sadly missed by her loving daughters, Mary, Ann, Margaret and Caitriona, sons-in-law John and David and her adored grandchildren Aoife, Caolan, Oisin, Darragh, Saoirse, James, Luke, Stevie, Helena, Erica, Elaine and Rayna, her sister Julia (U.S.A.) and brothers Jim (U.S.A.) and John (U.K.), relatives, neighbours and her wide circle of friends.
May her gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Catherine will repose at Sweeney’s Funeral Home, Ballycroy (F28KF20) on Tuesday, 17th March from 4pm until 6.15pm with removal to the Church of the Holy Family, Ballycroy arriving at 7pm.
Funeral Mass on Wednesday, 18th March at 12 noon with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
Funeral Mass will be live-streamed on Holy Family Church Ballycroy Facebook page.
