On a leafy square in Monkstown, just steps from the sea, rows of handsome Victorian houses frame the perfect park, their tall sash windows and coloured front doors defining the square’s smart symmetry.
At one corner, however, is a particular treasure: a 3,500 sq ft late Georgian-to-early-Victorian ‘pile’ that was once a jumble of flats.
